We have a large hall (approx 800sq ft -capacity 90 people) a Meeting room (capacity 12),  café area (capacity 25) and a hub area (capacity 25).  These spaces are available for hire at the hourly rates given below.

We operate a sliding scale depending on the nature of the organisation making the booking.

The three categories are:

  • Somers Town Groups and Individuals
  • Community ⁄ Voluntary Groups
  • Private ⁄ Statutory Groups

During the week we can offer Somers Town Tenants Associations free use of the space for meetings as part of our commitment to supporting local capacity building initiatives.

Facilities are available 7 days a week until 21:30hrs dependant on the Centre programme.

We are able to provide/rent office space to groups and initiatives which are of benefit to the local community.

In addition to the hourly rate a £100 deposit is required for all social and weekend bookings. This will be returned only if the space hired is left in a good state of cleanliness and repair

All hire fees must be paid in full before the booking date to secure a caretaker on site to open the building.

The Management Committee reserves the right to cancel a provisional booking if it has not been paid for.
